Frequently asked questions

Start of work

Everyone is asking for a requirements list, but I have only an idea, what should I do?

We will carry out aggregation of requirements, draw up a requirements list and a prototype of the visual design for you.

What is expected from me during the development?

It depends on situation. We can ask you to provide some information about your project if necessary.

I have an unfinished app. Can you finalize it for me?

Yes we can, we just need the primary requirements, design layouts and sourcecode.

Can I contact the team that works on my project?

Sure. We recommend that you communicate directly with the team leader in order to avoid misunderstanding. It’s convenient for us to communicate by phone, email or skype.

If I hire a developer, does this mean that this person works on my project only?

Yes. The developer whom you hire, like all other regular employees, will work full time (8 hours a day, 5 days a week), on your project.

Will my hired developers speak English?

Almost all of our developers are fluent in English.

We like the idea, but we are not sure about it. Can we do a pilot project?

Yes, it is possible. It is usually assumed that a pilot project is either the first subsystem of a larger project, or an independent project, which will be done on its own. Pilot projects are usually completed within 2-4 weeks.

How do you brief on the progress of the project?

We will regularly send you reports on the status of the project. We use a combination of predefined update schedules (usually via email) and special meetings (live chat or video conferencing).
